Supreme Court Upholds Special Education Rights

The United States Supreme Court in a unanimous decision 8-0 expanded the scope of students' special education rights,  "ruling unanimously in the Endrew F. v. Douglas County School District Case that schools must do more than provide a "merely more than de minimis" education program to a student with a disability.”
