ABC's of Mentoring: Your Role as a School-Based Mentor

This 2 full day-2 half day workshop for mentors of teachers in preschools and schools focuses upon the importance of establishing a confidential and open relationship between mentor and intern. Topics covered will assist participants to understand their role as a mentor and the communication skills and conferencing techniques needed to maximize success.
