IN FOCUS: Skills Needed to Facilitate Effective Treatment Meetings

Facilitating effective IFSP, IEP, and ISP meetings is more complex and challenging than is usually appreciated. This workshop will review the crucial skills necessary to involve all stake holders, manage time, guide team discussions and recommendations and insure timely follow-up by designated team members.
