SAFETY IS JOB ONE: Worker Safety in the Community

Large segments of our workforce work independently in the community and homes of consumers. This session will discuss how to increase staff awareness of personal safety issues to prevent them and their consumers from becoming victimized. Specific topic will cover street smarts, auto, mass transit, building, elevator, and home safety. Additionally, dealing with situations of domestic violence will be covered. Resources for on-site trainings will be provided.
