JUST THE FACTS MA'AM:  Incident Investigation and Management in OMRDD Programs

Guidelines for conducting a through incident investigation and how to conduct an investigation when more than one agency is involved will be discussed. The program will be interactive and will focus on preliminary actions, evidence, interviewing witnesses interrogating the target, & written statements. Discussions on the written report, classification of findings and access to records issues will be covered.
