The InterAgency Training Institute [IACTI] is a training cooperative that has been developed by the InterAgency Council for participation and use of all service providers, both voluntary and state-operated, in the metropolitan New York area. The IACTI is intended to assist all providers in reducing their administrative expenses for in-service training by coordinating the scheduling, registration and administration of all in-service training opportunities in a cost-effective manner.
