This course focuses on dealing safely and affectively with
aggressive behavior in clients. Trainees will become aware of situations that may lead to
aggressive behavior, learn appropriate calming techniques and preventive strategies to
de-escalate situations, and learn proper techniques for physical intervention when all
else fails. |
